Existing members do not need to sign up, even if you have never signed up for the Pick'em All pool. You will automatically be entered in the Pick'em All when you make your first pick.

Last Man Standing

You can sign up after a round has started but you cannot enter picks for the round in progress (unless there is a reinstatement in that round). You will not be charged the entry fee until you enter your first pick.
Existing members do not need to sign up, even if you have never signed up for the Last Man pool. You will automatically be entered in the round when you make your first pick in a round.

Disclaimers
Connections to the website will not be secure, meaning they will not be encrypted. However passwords will be protected when logging in, but that doesn't mean your password will be totally secure so don't use your ATM PIN or some other password that you can't afford to have compromised.
Also, here's where I have to warn everyone about using the auto-login feature (which you'll notice on the login page). If you choose to automatically log in from a computer (or user account on a PC) that is shared by others in the pool you run the risk that they may get on the website under your login and make picks without realizing they are not logged in as themselves. Watch out for that.
